It depends on the horse’s physical and mental condition at the time of rescue.  That cost can range from $200 to $1000 or more.  The list below is an example of what your generous donation can cover:

*  Dewormer – $15
*  Supplements – $25 week
*  Special grain – $45 week
*  Hay / Alfalfa – $12 bale
*  Dental care – $75
*  Farrier $40 every six weeks
*   Veterinarian visits/checks – $100 to $500 visit

Like most non-profits, supplies and monetary donations are key to the organization.  It allows for us to purchase the right medications, nutrition (hay, supplements and feed).
